Very true what everyone is saying... This isn't your average vampire story. Love the take on vampires with this book. From go it's fast paced, edgy, FUN and twisty. This is the first book of C.J. Pinard's that I have read and she just gained a fan!
Story line is original and really well written. All the elements that make for a great read are there! Characters are very interesting and I loved following Nolan and Charity around on their journey. She had me biting my nails and trying to tell them both what to do. It's also not just the main characters that are well developed either, the others are as well. I didn't feel like there were any "throw them in there" people.
It's a Edgy, Fun, Sexy ride! Although I will say I would let my teen read this. It's not overly smexy. WELL DONE C.J.! Now I need more .....
