Heather Self Day 4 *Chase POV*

So if you have missed any of the SupaCrazy Awesome posts this week... Well where have you been?

Check them out!!

So Today I have the oh so Awesome Chase and his POV from part of The One ... so off you go.

I hadn’t seen my siblings in months, and while I was happy to be chatting with them, it was the young woman at the car who I was interested in seeing. In meeting. Especially after the promise Liam had extracted from me.  Regardless of her looks, or lack thereof, I now had ample opportunities to harass Liam with sexy thoughts of his sister.

Is that really necessary?  Liam’s voice sounded in my head.

I chuckled inwardly, Course it is, mate. It’s in the elder brother handbook.

Liam shook his head at me, Not when it pertains to my sister. Mate. That’s just gross.

My lips twitched. She’s not my sister and I’ll be sure to pass along your commentary.  Liam grunted in annoyance. He made it way too easy. I smiled, satisfied with his reaction, when she came around the hood of the car.  I stepped off the porch toward her to get a better look, and nearly stumbled over the last step as she fully came into view.

     Chase…

I ignored the warning in Liam’s voice and continued toward her, lazily pursuing her shapely legs. She had the height inherit in our race but was still a foot shorter than I.  The upper half of her body was blocked by the load of crap she carried and I hmmed softly in disappointment. Her straight, dark hair was draped forward over one shoulder and the multi-colored stripes in her hair drew my attention. They gave her a slightly punk look even though the clothes she wore were nothing more than simple blue jeans, Chucks, and a long sleeve tee.

Low maintenance, always a plus. I thought.

The hair made me curious about her eyes and when I finally met them, I felt like the air had been ripped from my lungs. They were dazzling, constantly reflecting one of the four Kin colors, almost like a prism reflected light. They were unique and startling and I couldn’t seem to remove my gaze from hers. She studied me as intently as I studied her and the longer our eyes stayed connected the more my stomach flipped. It was unnerving. To cover my discomfort and regain composure I circled around her, taking slow steady breaths. I glanced down and couldn’t help but notice the way the jeans hugged her tight, nicely rounded ass and I swallowed a groan.

I came back around to stand in front of her, barely a foot of space separating us. I looked down into her face, completely captivated. She wet her lips nervously and my eyes were instantly drawn down to her mouth, taking in the lick-able indentation in her chin. I met her stare again, confused by the tumult of feelings roiling in me. Never in my more than three hundred years had a female, mortal or Kin, held this kind of a fascination for me so instantaneously.

     Why her? Why now?

The faint buzz in the back of my head that was Liam’s voice began to grow louder. I placed a tighter shutter on my thoughts, not knowing how much information he had already gleaned while I’d been distracted by the stunning creature before me. There was only one way I could handle this now. One way to keep Liam from realizing that there was something…more brewing between Evy and me.

“Well, well, well. Little Eveline Fallon all grown up,” my eyes traced the line of her body, down then back up again. She blushed and my heart stuttered over the innocent reaction. “And ready to take on...” My lips briefly curved into a suggestive smile.

“Don’t even say it, much less think it!” Liam growled as he reached us. I didn’t even glance at my brother, but kept my eyes locked on Evy’s.

”Just having a bit of fun, little brother. And I’m happy to control my mouth,” my lips curved at the double entendre, and when she bit her lip, I had to stifled another groan. “However, you neglected to mention how spectacular she is, so if my thoughts get away from me…” I shrugged. “Just make sure you’re staying out of them.”

Evy snorted, “Yeah, that’s a bit of a problem for him.”

I flung back my head and laughed, really laughed, over her waspish retort. Getting to know her better was going to be a great pleasure.

Uh... yeah so you totally need to pick up The One if you haven't cause you are missing out on an Amazing STORY!!!

Heart Waves Blog Tour Stop **POV Guest Post**

I am so glad I got to be on this tour! I have now read 2 of Danielle's books and I have enjoyed them both... Today I have an Awesome Guest Post from Jenna's POV *main character in Heart Waves*

Thank you so much for having me here Heather. Just want to say you really are a Supa girl! Ok, I’ll get to the point, what was it like when I met Reece? Hmm.

It's like placing a lit candle on the table in front of a toddler and walking away. The child knows it shouldn't touch, you've explained that the flame is hot and dangerous, but the child can't resist, the draw to the dancing flame is too strong, it's beautiful and enticing. That was what it was like when I met Reece Walton. The instant he placed his ring in my hand I wanted, needed to be with him. I also knew like that candle, he threatened to cause me searing pain.

I'm not psychic. I pick up energy from objects and interpret it. The stronger the bond to the object, the stronger the energy on it. That's what I was doing when I met Reece. We were at a party, one I didn't want to be at, and I was passing the time waiting to leave.  That's when I heard his voice and I froze. I'd never heard anything so beautiful. Reece slipped his ring in my hand. And the words slipped out of my mouth without thought. "It's like Romeo and Juliet, you're going to break my heart." Why couldn't I pick a love story with a better ending? What if I would've said we're like Edward and Bella instead? At least then I would've known we had a chance at a happy ending and I wouldn't have been so frightened.

Aside from my dire prediction, we had one other major obstacle between us. I have trust issues. It's simple. If you're a guy I don't trust you. Even from our first encounter I could tell Reece was different. He wasn't pawing at me like guys usually do, he spoke to me. And when we touched  . . . I never felt anything like it! I fell deeper under his spell, free falling with no ground in sight. After we went our separate ways all I could focus on was finding him. Turns out he found me instead. Still I resisted. Until I saw him with another girl. Talk about gut wrenching experiences.

Torn between the promise of a once in a lifetime love and soul crushing heartbreak I had a choice to make. At least I tried to convince myself I had a choice. The truth is, the choice was never mine. From the moment we met, I knew he was my destiny. I had to be with him. He was my soul mate.

If you want to know more you're going to have pick up the book and take the journey with us.

Sooo good! You want to read this... Here is where you can find the book and more about Danielle

M. Leighton Week *Jackson POV*

So ... It's our last day with M Leighton Week

*Cries*

But no worries!! We have a SupaSpecial Something for ya!! Oh yeah It's Jackson's POV!!

Take it away Jackson....

(Jackson and Madly’s first kiss- JACKSON’S POV)
I had an idea, a way we could avoid looking suspicious as we scouted the Stratford house.  I tried to ignore the fact that my plan involved teasing Madly, something I knew to avoid at all costs.  The last thing I needed was for her to stop hating me.
“Come on,” I instructed, taking her by the hand.
I felt her fingers tremble within my grasp.  I tried to ignore it.
We emerged from the dappled shade of the trees into the bright sunshine.  I stole a sidelong glance at Madly.  What I saw was like a sucker punch to the gut.
She was bathed in light from head to toe.  Her hair glistened like platinum and her skin glowed in creamy perfection.  She turned her face up to the sun.  I watched the golden rays kiss her lips, lips I’d been dreaming about for forever it seemed.
As I watched her, I knew I finally had an excuse to let my guard down.  And damn it all, I was going to do exactly that.
“Do you remember when I almost dismembered Collin DeSpirito because he tried to kiss you against your will after your third-level graduation?”
Madly looked up at me, at first in surprise and then in confusion.
“What?” I asked.  I couldn’t stop my smile.  I was very satisfied with the way the plan was working out.  Very!  Despite the obvious pitfalls, I knew it would be worth it to spend a few minutes with Madly just being myself, the self that couldn’t get her out of my head.  “You mean you don’t remember that?”
“Of course I remember that.  I just- I’m just—”
I laughed, as much at her reaction to me as the memory of Collin DeSpirito.
“Who could blame the poor guy?  The way you flirted with him—touching his arm and laughing up at him—he was overcome by your extraordinary beauty.  I’m sure if I had killed him, he’d have died happy.”
“I wasn’t flirting with him.  I was just—”
“Oh, come on!  You had the attention of every guy at the ceremony.  It’s almost as if you were trying to make someone jealous.” Before I thought better of it, I winked at her.  I was caught off guard by how happy I was just being with Madly.
Before she could comment, the prolonged creak of an opening door reached our ears.  I stopped and turned toward Madly.  We weren’t alone.
It was time to turn up the heat and make our ruse convincing.  I ignored my inner Sentinel as he asked me who I was trying to convince.  “Admit it.  You were trying to make me jealous.” She looked so confused by my turnabout I had to prompt her by whispering, “Sell it, Madly.”
Her face was not only beautiful, but very expressive.  I watched in fascination as understanding dawned and, with it, determination.
What is she up to?
It wasn’t until she turned on her brightest smile then stretched up on her toes and wrapped her arms around my neck that it clicked.  She was going to play along.  But she was going to play dirty.
“Of course I was trying to make you jealous.  How else was I going to get you to kiss me?”
She was taunting me, challenging me.
Challenge accepted, I thought.  Gladly!
“Is that what you wanted?  For me to kiss you?” I would likely never have another opportunity to touch Madly freely and I wasn’t about to let the chance pass me by.  I dragged my fingertips up and down her sides, trying not to imagine what it would feel like to reach around and cup her perfect breasts.  When she shivered, I felt it all the way down in the pit of my stomach.  And, of course, much lower.
“Mmm,” she murmured.
All I could think about in that moment was doing something to elicit that delicious sound again.  I knew it was only fair to warn her first, but I didn’t give her much time to react.  “You asked for it,” I said then quickly covered her mouth with my own.
I didn’t intend to do more than just barely brush her lips.  But then I felt the electricity.  The jolt made its way through my body and erased every ounce of wisdom I possessed.
Before I knew it, my hand was in her hair and I was devouring her mouth.  Her lips parted, giving me just a tiny taste of the sweetness of her tongue, and I heard a groan.  I couldn’t be sure if it was hers or mine. It mingled between our lips like we shared it.
“What are you kids doing in my yard?” a harsh, old voice called, shattering the moment and awakening me to our purpose there.  It took me several seconds to find my way back from where I’d wanted to take Madly, from a place where that mouth and that body and that princess could be mine.
“Sorry, ma’am,” I called.  “We were just out for a walk, heading that way.” I pointed toward the other side of her house.
“Be on your way then.  There’s no trespassing on my property.”
“Yes, ma’am.  I apologize.  We were just leaving.”
I turned to continue our walk, taking Madly’s hand and pulling her along with me.  It was over.  But God, how I didn’t want it to be!
*stutters* *stares* LOVED That!!! So I want to take a minute to say a Huge Thank You to the Amazing Author who writes all the AMAZING stuff!! Leighton You Rock it Out Girl!!

FINAL Day of Addison Moore Week! SURPRISE *GAGE POV* Exclusive

*Wipes Eyes* I'm So SAD and So Happy ....

SO HAPPY that today I get to bring you an EXCLUSIVE Gage POV *dances* It's awesome

SO SAD that today is the last day of this AMAZING week with Addison!!

So Thank you so much to all of you! Also HUGE thanks to Addison for letting me kidnap her and her characters for the week....I'm stalkerish when I get going on a project and she rolled with it :) Now enough from me.... here is GAGE!!!!

*My Gage*

(Chapter 2 of ETHEREAL from Gage’s POV)

Gage

I catch Logan over by the register counting change or lack thereof. Poor guy will be completely grey before his twentieth birthday. All he thinks about is turning a profit. Really I know he’s trying to hang onto the last bit of his parents he has left—and that incarnation just so happens to be this bowling alley.
Brielle comes in with her hair pulled back, energized like she just stepped out of a light socket. She speeds in this direction with a girl about our age, face of angel, body to match, so of course I drop the mop and head on over. They try taking a seat but Logan intercepts.
“Bree,” he says, but it’s her friend he’s interested in. Any new female on the island has a Logan shaped target on her forehead until he tags and bags her—then again, he’s never slept with anyone but Chloe, and God knows that turned into a nightmare.
I shoulder up to him and devour the new girl with my eyes—forget to breathe or move in the process.
She’s wearing shorts that show off her golden tan legs that stretch out forever. Her hair falls in waves, long over her back.
It’s her.
The room warps. Everything turns into a muddy spiral with the exception of the vision standing before me. I know that beautiful face, those prism-like eyes. She’s haunted my dreams for years, supplied my waking hours with nonstop fantasies, and now she’s standing in front of me as if she had always been here.
“Guys, this is Skyla,” Brielle bounces. “She’s moving into Chloe’s old house. Skyla, these are the knuckleheads I work with, Logan and Gage.”
Chloe’s house—just hearing that, pulls the pin on a grenade I’ve been lugging around in my gut.
Skyla.
My insides erupt like a furnace. Being near her kick-starts a serious rush of adrenaline, and my hands begin to shake.
Love her name. I love the way she rest her hand on her hip, the way a smile plays on her lips as if she’s too shy to give it. There’s a softness in her spirit, a meekness that draws me in.
I’ve counted weeks, days, hours, without any idea if she even existed—with the very real possibility it were all some hallucination my mind had conjured up in an effort to torture me, and yet she’s real—so damn freaking beautiful—and most certainly not noticing me.
She’s looking at Logan—probably wondering why he’s smiling like some deranged lunatic. I’d better step in before he wrecks everything—before she decides it’s better to steer clear of the bowling alley and the Olivers in general for her own personal safety.
“Skyla?” I put my hand out, and she takes it, soft and fragile. I close my eyes a moment as her flesh warms to mine. “Gage Oliver.” My heart pounds so loud I’m sure she can hear it. Not even the sound of the bowling balls thundering towards their destination can drown it out.
Maybe I should lean in and kiss her on the cheek or something? I shake the thought away. What the hell kind of idiot kisses someone they just met? This is going to end with a slap in the face or a restraining order if I don’t maintain.
“You have a very unique name,” Logan extricates my hand and takes over. “It’s beautiful.”
Figures.
He bows in and presses his lips just under her wrist.
That answers my question. Logan is just the right kind of idiot—a real knight in shinning armor. I’m sure he’ll be throwing rocks at her window later for the midnight serenade.
I glare over at him.
He’s hypnotizing her with his pretty boy magic, flashing his teeth, broadening his chest—forgetting to exhale like he’s giving some primal demonstration of his athletically advanced DNA.
Skyla gives a less than amused smile. Hopefully she’s categorizing him in the dope with no hope division.
“Logan Oliver,” his voice dips low.
Brielle and I exchange looks at the desperation of it all.
“Oh, so you’re brothers?” She turns her body into him. It looks seductive, like some erotic autonomic response, and an alarm goes off in me.
Logan is taking over. She’s buying into him hook, line, and sinker.
“Cousins,” he corrects as if he’s trying to distance our blood relations. “I live with them.” He lays his other hand over hers like some bizarre display of benevolence.
I’m sure he’s plowing through her thoughts, spinning through them like a Rolodex trying to decipher how she feels about him—see if there’s anything he can use against her in the name of sealing the deal.
“My parents are both deceased,” he adds.
And he goes there.
I cut him a dirty look.
It sounds like he blurted it out but still. Knowing Logan, there’s an underlying strategy involved.
Skyla shrinks a little as she takes in this odd admission. She pulls nervously at a long strand of hair, looking perfectly freaked out.
I glance back at Logan.
Nice work, Romeo. Boys with dead parents are a no-fly zone for most girls. Emotional trauma isn’t usually high up on the must have list of attributes.
“Oh, I’m sorry.” Her eyes round out in horror.
Unless, she happens to be the exception.
Her hips sway into him, and she gives a look that suggests she might be willing to comfort him physically.
“My dad died, too.” Her voice softens to nothing as she glances to her feet.
My heart stops. Just hearing her say those words makes my stomach bottom out.
I hope Logan feels like crap for digging in the graveyard for sympathy. Now look—she’s visibly upset.
Everything in me wants to comfort her. The fresh look of hurt in her eyes lets you know it wasn’t long ago, that it stings like hell to think about. I want to tell her it’s going to be OK, but I know better. OK is a futile word especially when it’s nothing but a lie. Things like this never turn out OK.
Logan surrenders her hand like returning a stolen treasure.
I hope he heard how lousy she thinks he is for spotlighting her biggest loss.
“Sorry,” he offers. It comes out genuine with his own built in sadness filling in the cracks of her grief.
Logan motions them over to a nearby table, and I secure the seat in front of the girl from my dreams. No use in letting Logan lead her any further down the wrong path, i.e. himself.
He gives a dissatisfied look in my direction.
It’s on, and he’s pissed.
I blink a smile into him. I’ll gladly go toe to toe with Logan in this arena. This isn’t Michelle, or Lexy, or just any other girl on the planet. If he thinks I’m getting out of his way because he says so, he’s delusional.
All those dreams and visions mean something—the one in the courthouse—Skyla looking up, waiting for a kiss—it was me she wanted it from—it had to be.
“So you’re a junior?” I touch my knuckles to the table like a nervous habit.
“Yup.” She bites into her lip—her perfect pout mesmerizes me. “And you guys?”
“We’re all juniors!” Brielle rattles her to attention.
If Logan and his eulogy didn’t run her off, Brielle and her manic enthusiasm—over school of all things, just might do the trick.
She stares into Bree with great intensity.
Thought so.
“So tell me about Chloe,” Skyla says it casual with a dark undertone that pricks my hairs on end.
The table goes quiet.
Nobody knew Chloe like I did. I’d venture to say that even Logan with his sexual conquest of the dearly departed knew her far less.
A part of me wants to tell her about Chloe, about the hype and paranoia that surrounds her, but no good could ever come of it. The last thing I want is to spook her—send her into Logan’s arms permanently and ruin things.
I’m keeping my mouth shut that’s for damn sure.
For a minute I consider taking her someplace private so we can be alone like Devil’s Peak or Rockaway. I want to tell her that I’m already in so deep, that I’m dying to know her, feel her, taste her.
I bear into Skyla with a penetrative stare—drink her down like holy water, take in her beauty, the light she radiates without even trying, but she doesn’t glance back. She’s too lost in Logan to even notice.
I doubt those visions will ever come true if she gives her heart away to someone else.
I know one thing for sure—I’ll fulfill a commitment I made long ago to find a place for myself in her life. I’ll rearrange the universe to make this happen. Logan doesn’t stand a chance.
She bats her lashes into him dazzled and doe-eyed, drop-kicks my heart in the process—a field goal for the other team.
This is going to be tougher than I ever imagined.

*Sigh* yeah I love that boy!!

Day 6 Addison Moore Week... Surprise Day #1

Day 6 here on Addison Moore week is ....
Surprise Day #1
What is the surprise you ask??? WELL I have for you straight from Addison .... A POV from none other than....

Logan Oliver

Squeeeeeeee

Ok OK enough from me.... here is Logan Oliver's POV :

Logan meeting Skyla for the very first time; (Before he procures a supervising spirit in VEX)

It rained three days straight—then like some kind of miracle it finally let off.
I toss the coins into the register, steady as a metallic waterfall.
Pennies. That’s all I’ll have to show for this place if business doesn’t pick up.
A chattering whirlwind walks through the door—Brielle. Looks like she’s brought company so I guess I’m supplying free shoes and ten rounds, probably a well catered lunch all on my dime. Brielle has a running tab six years long. In addition to that I pay her to hang out and talk on the phone.
I don’t really mind. At this point I’d pay half the customers to be here.
My eyes shift over to the girl with her. Long blonde hair, perfect body, perfect face—eyes as bright as diamonds.
A hot bite of perspiration cuts through me.
I’ve been around plenty of girls and not one of them has ever made me sweat.
The girl with the crystal eyes spears me a look that says I eat scum like you for breakfast. Not that I’d stop her. Hell—I’d encourage it.
My lips curve at the thought.
The girls turn and head towards a table.
“Bree,” I call.
Brielle rolls her eyes because she knows what I’m really after.
Gage pops up expanding his chest. I can tell he’s interested, but he’d better back off. No boys need apply. She’s all mine.
“Guys, this is Skyla,” Brielle ticks into the girl with a shy smile. “She’s moving into Chloe’s old house. Skyla, these are the knuckleheads I work with, Logan and Gage.” She waves her hands over Gage and me like she were gifting us to her—another thing I wouldn’t mind with the exception of Gage. The way he bats off girls waiting for ‘the one’ to show up makes me wonder if he’s switched teams.
Brielle laughs, she might very well be going on about something, but all I hear is the equivalent of a power mower. I’m too busy enjoying the view.
“Skyla?” Gage takes up her hand, pants into her like a puppy.
What the hell?
“Gage Oliver.” He leans in, never dipping his gaze to her cleavage.
He’s got self-control I’ll give him that.
Skyla—I want to say it—feel it tumble off my tongue. I’m half afraid I’ll shout it out in an uncalled for fit of delirium. Someone like Skyla has the power to make my voice break like a twelve-year old. I’m pretty sure I’d let her break me anytime she wanted in much more creative ways than that. The nightly possibilities I’m going to have with this one are staggering. I think I’ve just met the star of all my future best dreams, live and in person.
Time to stomp Gage and his affections out like a fire.
“You have a very unique name. It’s beautiful,” I say, carefully plucking Gage off her and replacing his death grip with mine. Reading her thoughts is just a pleasant side effect of holding her hand. Besides, it’s painfully obvious to everyone in the room that Gage is all worked up over our new friend here. I’ll have to push him into the pool later to cool him off.
She digs a half-smile into her cheek and my stomach twists like a tangle of bungee cords.
I pull in and bring her hand up to my lips.
“Logan Oliver,” I annunciate to let both her and Gage know I’m the only Oliver she needs to direct her interests towards.
“Oh, so you’re brothers?” She bites the inside of her lip and pivots in her shoes.
They look nothing alike. Or maybe they’re step? Mothers marrying morons is on the rise.
I give a private smile. I take it she doesn’t like the moron her mother married.
She turns her chest into me, brushes over me with an open look, and I swallow hard.
“Cousins.” I nod over towards Gage. “I live with them,” I lay my other hand over hers in the event she wants to divulge a full evaluation of the two of us. “My parents are both deceased.”
Did I just go there? There’s no quicker way to kill a conversation than dragging in your dead relatives.
Her face turns apple red.
Perfect. She’ll be bolting for the exit in less than five.
“Oh, I’m sorry.” She steps in with a great look of sadness. “My dad died, too.”
I gently place her hand by her waist, take her in with this newfound information. She’s not just a body, a face—she’s a person who loved someone and lost them.
My heart breaks for her. There is no greater pain than losing a parent. I want to let her know I’m here for her, that I’d gladly shield her from this rotten world—maybe I can help her heal—maybe she can help heal me.
“Sorry,” I whisper, absorbing her with wonder before she decides to bolt for safety. I want to memorize her, etch her into my grey matter. It takes all of my self-control not to wrap my arms around her and console her.
I ruined the moment. I’ll be the downer she does her best to avoid. Can’t run a business, can’t get the girl. I’m on a real effing streak.
I walk us over to a table and Gage plods along. I’ll have to manufacture a task for him if I catch him showing another ounce of interest. The last thing Gage and I need is to be competing for the same girl.
Gage swipes the seat across from Skyla and leans in, turns on those baby blues in an effort to jockey for her attention.
Guess Gage just put himself in the game, which is completely fine because everybody needs to learn to deal with a broken heart at some point in the their lives and this will have be his.
I give a complacent smile in his direction.
“So you’re a junior?” He knocks on the table like he’s demanding an answer.
I’ll have to give him a few pointers later on how to get the girl—all bad and fruitless of course—like write her a poem. Nothing says stalker like poetry.
“Yup.” She bites down on those perfect lips and my insides explode. “And you guys?”
“We’re all juniors!” Brielle shakes her as if we won the scholastic lottery. I swear that girl is on something half the time. Nobody walks around that psyched up to be alive twenty-four seven.
Skyla looks over at Bree like she’s lost it. She glares into her with an unnatural curiosity as if she were reading her mind.
“So tell me about Chloe,” Skyla takes us all in. It comes out interrogating— surprises the hell out me, and for a minute I wonder if she’s the second coming. Although in this altered state I think I could forgive Chloe of all her trespasses. Just the thought of Chloe Bishop makes my blood boil. That was the first and last time I’ll ever be used by anybody.
I glance back up at Skyla.
Although, I’d make an exception for her if I had to.
I’d break every rule in the book for her.

ummmm.... *swooon* yeah... I said it :)

Ok So I am switching things up a bit .... tomorrow will be A Break.... then on Tues It will be Review day for  Book 5 and Book 6 ... It will be a VLOG Review of both in one.. yeah I'm cheating LOL Then on Wed. will be Surprise Day # 2 with that being the FINAL DAY!!
